David T Burke MD, MA, Chairman, Department of Rehabilitation Medicine, Emory University School of Medicine, USA has been kind enough to share this journal: Rehab in Review free of cost to our members.  Dr Burke is the Editor-in-Chief of the journal and wanted to give this kind 'gift' to our members to update their knowledge with the research reviews published in the journal. 

The journal files shall be provided periodically to us, as per the offer by Dr Burke.  Perhaps, it would be a month or two in arrears.  Those who wish to subscribe to the current issues, may do so directly at the following link
